Walk out the front door, click into your skis and look over your right shoulder. That's the trail straight to Deer Valley's Snow Park base lodge and lifts.
From Silver Lake or Snow Park, with a 200 yard walk, under 3 minutes even with kids in tow, to a private trail. Then ski right to the door.
🟢 New to skiing?
The trail to the base lodge is a beginner trail. If you're not confident on green runs yet, drive 1 minute to Silver Lake Lodge, or drive 7 minutes down to the base lodge. You can also ride the Silver Lake Express from Silver Lake Lodge down to the base.
👧 Kids' ski school
We always recommend dropping beginner kids at the base lodge for lessons, especially the first day. Drop off is about 8 minutes away, and you want to get to lessons early, so plan ahead.

Deer Valley limits tickets and lessons and they sell out, so book early.
