Ski entry with boot dryers
Ski in, ski out

Lifts in minutes, no shuttle

Walk out the front door and look over your right shoulder: the trail to Deer Valley's base lodge and lifts is right there.

Beginners can take a private easy trail to the lifts.
Kids' ski school at Silver Lake Lodge is about a 5 minute walk.

At the end of the day, ski back and it's about a 200 yard walk home to the boot dryers and the hot tub.

After the lifts close

Hot tub, fireplace, arcade

Soak in the private 6 person hot tub, warm up by the stone fireplace, and settle the family rivalry on the Skee Ball machine and Ms. Pac-Man in the loft. Shelves of games, puzzles and books are restocked every season.

Summer note: the home has no A/C. At about 8,000 feet it's usually comfortable, and we keep fans on hand for heat waves.

Our family's mountain home

We bought our Park City home in 2021 because we love skiing Deer Valley, and we've been sharing it with guests ever since. This site holds all our favorite things to do and places to eat.
